Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding use of the Match.INK Artist Web platform ("Platform"). Please read them carefully.

1. Parties

This agreement is between Match.INK, which provides the Platform, and the tattoo artist who creates a profile on the Platform, receives bookings, and provides services ("Artist" or "you").

2. Membership and account rules

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are solely responsible for the security of your sign-in credentials. Creating a fake profile on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

Tattoo services may produce permanent outcomes by their nature. The Platform assumes that the final decision on the service rests between the user and the artist; professional and legal responsibility for physical application remains with the relevant artist and the environment where the service is provided.

3. Artist obligations

• You represent that you own the copyright to portfolio images, bio information, and designs you upload, or that you are legally entitled to use them.
• For portfolio content you upload, you grant Match.INK only a limited license for display, ranking, and presentation on relevant product surfaces within the Platform; no off-platform advertising or separate commercial license is granted.
• You must treat customers referred through the Platform respectfully, professionally, and in compliance with applicable laws.
• You must not knowingly enter false, misleading, or another person's location information in profile location, map selection, or similar location features.
• Match.INK is not a party to disputes between studio or artist and customer; it only provides an intermediary platform service.

4. Platform scope and payments

The Platform provides matching between artist and customer, profile/portfolio viewing, messaging, request management, and location-based discovery. Under the current product design, Match.INK does not provide in-app payments, deposits, or commission services; the main service terms and any financial arrangements between the parties are determined outside the Platform.

5. Prohibited conduct

Accounts of artists who harass or disturb customers; who post extreme violence, hate speech, or unlawful content; or who upload other artists' work as their own may be closed immediately. Technical activity intended to manipulate the Platform algorithm is prohibited.

Messaging and support channels must not be used to share sensitive or third-party personal data that is unnecessary for providing the service. The Platform reserves the right to take appropriate measures against uses that do not comply with data minimization.

6. Suspension and termination

If these Terms are violated, Match.INK may suspend or permanently delete your account without prior notice. You may also initiate account deletion at any time from account settings or official deletion channels and terminate the agreement unilaterally. Deletion requests are generally received by email and finalized within 30 days at the latest. Upon termination, all your information is deleted except data subject to legal retention periods.

7. Relationship between legal documents

Details of personal data processing on the Platform are explained in the Privacy Policy and Privacy Information Notice (KVKK). Third-party service descriptions, map/location features, categories of recipients, and transfer purposes are addressed together in those documents.
